Q: Will the nose rings or nose studs tarnish?

A: Our brass nose rings will tarnish overtime due to prolonged water exposure, natural nasal secretions and etc. If you are allergic to fake jewelry, please be aware. However, all of our nose jewelry in the 4Life collection, will not tarnish.

Q: Is there a way to preserve pieces that aren’t in the 4Life collection?

A: An old practice is to coat jewelry with clear nail polish or you can find jewelry protectant online (we are currently producing our own and will be available for purchase soon).

Q: What is the 4Life Collection?

A: The 4Life Collection contains nose jewelry that are 14k sterling silver which is completely hypoallergenic, tarnish free and water resistant. Although we still insist less exposure to water due to preserve the “newness” of the jewelry.

Q: Will the nose rings or nose studs pose a problem with sensitive skin?

A: As long as you aren’t allergic to our listed metals, our nose rings and nose studs shouldn’t react with your skin. If you are experiencing keloids or crustiness under your nose ring, this is due to not cleaning your piercing hole regularly. We recommend using a salt/hot water solution or tea tree oil. If your nose piercing is fairly new, please follow the recommended wait time per your piercer before switching your ring/stud out to one of ours. Although, the nose pieces in our 4Life Collection are hypoallergenic.

Q: Why don’t we offer refunds or returns?

A: All items are throughly inspected and quality checked before it leaves our facility. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if there is any issue with the jewelry we will work with you to solve it within the first week of purchasing. In the event, your order is incorrect we’ll be happy to fix the error. As always, with any other issue please feel free to email us.

Q: How long will it take my order to ship? Why haven’t I received an shipping confirmation email?

A: All NON-CUSTOM orders can take up to 5-7 processing days which do not include weekends. You will receive an email once items ship out with your tracking numbers. If for some reason, you’ve ordered an non-custom item and you haven’t received an email within the first week of your order, please feel free to email us. However, CUSTOM orders can take up to 3-6 processing times. Specific shipping times are in the description box.

Q: Do we offer cancellations?

A: All sales are final. Once an order has been made, you will not be able to cancel it. If there are any other issues regarding the order please contact us.

Refund and Return Policy:

All items are thoroughly inspected and quality checked before it leaves our facility. Upon departure, Chosen Jewelz LLC isn’t responsible for any mishaps. All sales are final, we do not issue refunds or returns or cancel orders. IF by any means there is an issue with the jewelry, we’ll work with you to solve the issue within a week of purchasing. In the event, your order is incorrect, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to fix any errors.
